The following guide provides details on how to find the MAC Address of your Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop. This will assist you in identifying the devices registered on your account. You may also be asked to confirm this information when contacting support.To locate your MAC address by this method you must already be connected to a network. Wireless devices should join the accomodation or hotel wireless network. Ethernet devices should be connected directly to a wall port.
Click the Wi-Fi or Network icon in your taskbar and select Network Settings.
1. Under the Network & Internet heading, select Wi-Fi. Below the Wi-Fi list on the right column, select Hardware Properties.
2. Scroll down. Your Physical Address (MAC Address) will be listed towards the bottom.
For Ethernet connection (LAN Cable)
1. Under the Network & Internet heading, select Ethernet. Click on the Ethernet connection in the right column.
